Most people think that old wooden pallets are trash; however, with a little imagination they can be used to make furniture, decoration, and even buildings. Members of the NTP Membership Community will have seen that we have been using buildings made of pallets as animal shelters at our alpaca ranch. Also, check out this cool video made by the Canadian Wood Pallet and Container Association for some other ideas about how to make old pallets into functional and appealing items. Re-using old pallets is not only fun and creative, but it keeps useful wood from being dumped in landfills.
