When you’re running a startup on your own, it might not be possible to delegate or ask for help from other employees or partners, which means you have to prioritize and be organized. Here are some very good reasons why you should try to take time out as much as possible.

Taking care of your own health and wellbeing reduces the chance of mental health issues. When you’re taking time out, try to make time for exercise. If you don’t do something, it can impact your health, happiness, and performance. Taking time off can be easier said than done, but you owe it to yourself to try. If you have employees, who work with you aim to have a well-trained team member who can take over your responsibilities for short periods of time.
