If you are gaining weight, it doesn’t always mean that you are eating too much, but it could mean that you’re not eating right. Other things that influence your body weight is your genetics and your metabolism.
1. Set your target
It’s important that you find your ideal body weight for your body type. Calculate how many pounds you need to lose. Your body type, age, height, and metabolic rate, all will influence how fast you are able to lose weight, and how hard you will need to work. Set your target and stay on it. Weight loss has to be gradual and systematic. You cannot expect to lose weight overnight, but you do have to track your progress.
2. Boost your fitness level
