Hello everyone, we are so pleased to introduce Jeanine Neskey as our new staff member. We are glad that Jeanine has chosen to join our team and we are delighted to welcome her to our company.
Jeanine earned her M.S degree in Agricultural Extension Education from Colorado State University with a research focus in gender dimensions of sustainable agriculture. Prior to that, she earned her B.S. degree in Animal Sciences from the University of Vermont, in 2009.
At her young age, Jeanine has already gathered over 5 years of experience in extension education, field research, college teaching, program development, and volunteer coordination. Jeanine has had experience collaborating with multiple agencies and diverse stakeholders in a variety of settings which has granted her exceptional relationship building and networking skills.
Currently she is working closely with Dr. Wayne Dorband at our Nourish the Planet and C.E.E.D headquarters as our Director of Sustainable Thought and Education, coordinating our internship and volunteer programs, networking with business partners, and participating in overall idea generation.
Outside of work Jeanine is an avid outdoors woman enjoying activities such as rock climbing, mountaineering, skiing, mountain biking and backpacking. Her beloved pair of mixed breed dogs accompanying her through her adventures. Jeanine also has a mellower side and enjoys gardening, painting, cooking, baking and food preserving.
All of us here at C.E.E.D are looking forward to getting to know Jeanine and what an amazing person she is as she continues to work for our company. She is enthusiastic about improving the environment for all of us as a part of her career and also her personal goals.
