Summer is right around the corner. This is great news because you can now peel off your winter clothes and enjoy the sun. It is not surprising that you might have put on a few extra pounds during the cold winter or rainy spring. Getting out and getting into a swimsuit can make many people uncomfortable and insecure. So, if you are a little hesitant to show everyone what you have been hiding under your clothes, you are not alone. The good news is, you can easily set a goal and work towards getting a couple of pounds off each week from now on, and get into terrific shape.


1. Strength training:

If you want a bikini body fast, get started on a strength training routine without excuses. You need to workout at least for an hour, three times a week, and workout a good sweat. Full body strength training will burn your body fat, boost your metabolism and also build your body, making you look fantastic. Commit to a workout routine that utilizes all your muscle groups. Try to work out in the morning so that your metabolism stays up all day long.

2. Target your abs and butt

Your abdominal muscles, gluts (butt) and thigh muscles are very large groups of muscles, so concentrating on those muscle groups will shape your body faster. 3. Cut your calories

If you want to lose weight fast, you will have to eat a healthy diet with limited calories. Avoid anything with sugar such as cakes, ice cream, or pizzas. Also limit alcohol consumption. Cut back on your beer or wine intake. Cut back on processed carbohydrates, as well. Food like bread, pasta, bagels, chips, cookies, crackers, and other snacks are usually high in sodium and processed carbs which can increase water retention and bloating. These cut-backs will reduce your calorie intake as well as make you ready for a good night’s sleep. If you sleep well, you will feel energized in the morning for your morning workout session.

4. Improve your posture:

Standing tall with your stomach held tightly, back muscles engaged, and hips tightened up needs practice. You can check your posture every 15 minutes to see if you are holding everything in and engaging your stomach muscles. This will make you look thin, even if you haven’t lost any weight.

5. Increase intake of fruits and vegetables

Fruits and vegetables give you instant energy, vitamins, and minerals. Fruits and vegetables will also supply you with dietary fiber for better digestion and will take care of your cravings for sweets. Some vegetables like cucumbers are diuretics. They help you reduce bloating by taking liquids out of your body faster. Drinking plenty of lemon tea also gives you vitamin C and helps you improve your immune system, supplying you with antioxidants. Also increase intake of any fruit that has high magnesium, potassium, or vitamin C.
